Danny Hizami

Danny Hizami is a Los Angeles native and real estate advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty in Beverly Hills. Raised in Studio City and rooted in the Beverly Hills area for much of his adult life, Danny knows these neighborhoods as a resident, not just as an agent.

For more than 30 years, Danny has been involved in managing his family’s Los Angeles investment properties. From evaluating property values and overseeing improvements to managing tenant relationships and the financial responsibilities of ownership, his hands-on experience has shaped how he advises sellers today. He knows that pricing a home effectively takes more than comparing recent sales. It requires a clear read on the property’s condition, its competition, buyer expectations, and the seller’s individual goals.

Danny is also a lifelong entrepreneur. He owned and operated three KFC franchises and founded Figueroa Philly, recognized by Food Network as one of the 10 best places to enjoy a cheesesteak outside Philadelphia. His years of business ownership taught him the importance of strategic thinking, negotiation, financial discipline, and building lasting relationships. Today, he brings that experience to his real estate clients, supported by the marketing resources and global reach of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Whether preparing a property for sale, guiding a buyer through a purchase, or helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, Danny believes in honest advice, straightforward communication, and personal attention from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and coaching youth basketball.
