WELCOME TO BEVERLY HILLS
World-famous neighborhood known for its luxury and glamor
Beverly Hills is a manicured and affluent area home to some of the most exquisite real estate in Los Angeles. Residents visit
Rodeo Drive to shop for designer brands and dine at Michelin-rated restaurants. Others get brunch at the Polo Lounge and sip mimosas at the iconic and historic
Beverly Hills Hotel. The hotel predates the city itself, and many of the original movie stars of Hollywood frequented the hotel for lodging and libations. The lounge is a regular haunt for many locals due to the old Hollywood feel and the first-class accommodations.
This city knits together upscale neighborhoods and a shopping center paradise. Beverly Hills has everything from contemporary bungalows to Spanish-style villas, and you don’t have to know architecture to appreciate the variety and grandeur of local real estate. The properties in luxurious Beverly Hills are unmatched. The predominantly residential area is between Holmby Hills and West Hollywood, and Santa Monica Boulevard splits the city. The Flats is a residential area north of Santa Monica Boulevard, and south is Rodeo Drive and other neighborhoods stemming from downtown. The temperate Los Angeles weather allows friends and families to stroll downtown or visit one of several local parks. The community can connect through local events and time-honored traditions.

DINING, ENTERTAINMENT & SHOPPING
Beverly Hills has several world-renowned dining options on any foodie’s bucket list. Residents looking for food on North Canon Drive can find
Spago. This restaurant has received a Michelin rating and is the creation of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Spago serves California cuisine where the ingredients are locally grown and gathered. Patrons can order the dishes that put Spago on the map: the Austrian Wienerschnitzel or the pizza with house-cured smoked salmon. Another Beverly Hills fan favorite is
Matsuhisa, a Japanese restaurant with an illustrious history. Created by Nobu Matsuhisa, this restaurant serves high-quality sushi and is visited by celebrities and sushi connoisseurs.
The downtown area of Beverly Hills is as famous as the city itself. Rodeo Drive has many couture designers, including flagship stores for brands like Gucci and Giorgio Armani. The pristine streets and well-groomed landscaping compliment the perfectly curated shop windows, making this a premier location to visit again and again.
